These take place on Wednesday evenings at 8.00 pm. Newcomers are always welcome. Tea, coffee and biscuits are served.

Instructions for Shinay (calm-abiding) meditation will be given for newcomers and some information about Buddhism.

In time, the entire spectrum of Buddhist teaching and practices can be accessed, but, as with any teaching, it is best  to learn the basics first.

The suggested contribution is £5.00 per session (if possible); but newcomers are welcome to try out a couple of sessions for free.
